  1. 3 1/2 ozenoki mushrooms
  2. 2 piecestofu
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. Chili (to taste)
  5. Fish sauce, sugar, seasoning powder
  6. Green onions
  7. Garlic

Cooking Instructions
