This is a tempting, easy to make and filling dish. In which rotis are wrapped with potato tikki, yummy mayonnaise spread and salad. Ideal for lunchbox or tiffin box.

This is a tempting, easy to make and filling dish. In which rotis are wrapped with potato tikki, yummy mayonnaise spread and salad. Ideal for lunchbox or tiffin box.

For spread:- grind coriander leaves along with green chili, garlic cloves, ginger and mayonnaise. Add salt and mix it. Spread is ready

For salad, mix all veges, add salt and red chili powder.

For tikki:- Boil and mash potatoes. Add salt, crushed green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and corn flour. Combine all ingredients well. Prepare long oval shape tikki. Coat with corn flour and shallow fry with oil till golden.

Knead soft dough with wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, oil and required amount of water. Rest for 10-15 minutes. Then make equal size balls. Roll out thin rotis and roast kachha pakka on tawa without oil or butter.

Take a roti. Apply prepared spread. Sprinkle Frankie masala. Put tikki at the centre and press (Mash) slightly with hand. Add salad on it and fold roti from both sides.

Cook both sides on tawa with oil or butter until golden and crisp from outside at low flame. Yummy aloo tikki roll is ready.
