Tofu Scones

I had leftover tofu and chocolate, so I made them into my favorite chocolate scones.
You don't need to drain the excess water from the tofu, but the softness of the scones might differ depending on how much water the tofu contains.
I think it will also be delicious to add raisins, cubed cheese, walnuts, or other ingredients you like instead of chocolate. Recipe by Mashumarococoa
