Pork Roast with Herbs Served with Balsamic Sauce

I added soy sauce as a hidden taste in ordinary balsamic sauce.
I made this recipe because I wanted to use herbs which I grow in my garden and also eat steak. It turned very delicious, so I uploaded it here.
Please make sure the pork is properly cooked through.

Steps

Cut the pork into large bite size pieces. Salt and pepper evenly all over the pork.

Place pork and ☆ marked ingredients into a plastic bag. Knead from the outside and press out the air as much as possible from the bag. Close the bag tightly and leave it in the fridge overnight.

Balsamic sauce – Heat butter and olive oil in a pan and add the onion. Season with salt and pepper, then stir fry until brown over medium heat.

Add the ingredients marked ● and simmer until it has a thick consistency over low medium heat. Keep stirring.

Reduce the sauce until it is like this photo. Turn off the heat. This is balsamic sauce for steak.

Place the pork from Step 2 into a non-stick pan and cook evenly over medium heat until golden brown.

Once the pork turns golden brown, pour the sake for simmering and cover with a lid. Turn down the heat a little and allow the inside of the meat to cook through.

Serve the meat on a plate and pour the sauce on top at the end.
