Bhaji Vada is a very famous local food in Jabalpur ( Madhya Pradesh). It is very tasty and quick to make. As it is winter season and we get almost all the greens very easily in this season, this bhaji Vada is often made in winter season and is a combination of spinach, Fenugreek, spring onion green and bathua.
This can be enjoyed as a snack along with tea.
