1. Soak the rice, dal for fir 2-3 hrs
2. Grind coarsely - 2
3. Add perandai + ginger + garlic + pepper + salt, grind well as like addai batter
4. Transfer to the bowl
5. Chk the salt /pepper taste
6. Rest well for 10 mints - 3
7, make dosa and serve it
