Ingredients

20-30 mints
1 serving
  1. 1/4 cupurad dal
  2. 1/4 cupchana dal
  3. 1/4 cupmoongdhal
  4. 1/4tur dal
  5. 1 cupraw rice (you can use idly rice also)
  6. 1/4 cuppirandai cleaned and roasted in desi ghee
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 spoonfennel seeds
  9. 1/4 spoon asafoetida
  10. 1 spoonpepper or you can use red chillers as per your taste
  11. 1small piece ginger
  12. 1garlic cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Soak the rice, dal for fir 2-3 hrs
    2. Grind coarsely

    3. Add perandai + ginger + garlic + pepper + salt, grind well as like addai batter
    4. Transfer to the bowl
    5. Chk the salt /pepper taste
    6. Rest well for 10 mints

    7, make dosa and serve it
    Very healthy and highly protein breakfast
