Mix sugar and butter with a mixer until creamy.Add Eggs 2 at a time and cream.Then add flavour.

Sift flour in a bowl and add baking powder.

Add buttermilk into your buttercream and then flour mix the batter.Do not over mixed it.

Distribute your batter into your cupcakes paper set in a cupcake pan.Tap the pan to remove air bubbles.Bake in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
