Minced garlic and extra virgin olive oil on the pan before heating. Once garlic smell comes out, add clams.

Broccoli in a boiled water on a separate pot for 4 min, little less to keep texture tough

When clams are open, add boiled broccoli and cook for a while. No salt needed, as it comes out from clams, and boiled broccoli are boiled in salted water.
