1/3daikon radish's peel
3 gkelp
2 tablespoonssoy source
1 tablespoonsesame oil
1/2red pepper

Wash the skins well and drain.

Cut the radish peel into 5mm pieces along the direction of the fibres.

Crush the kelp. Cut into thin strips if possible.

Put all the seasonings in a tupperware or freezer pack and leave to marinate for about 2 days.
