Ingredients

175 gasparagus
120 gsnap peas
3 prawns, Peeled, cut back to remove the black vein
3 shiitake
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 garlic clove, cloves
2 soy sauce
2 oysters sauce
1 tsp Pepper powder
1/3 cup water

Steps

Heat the wok, pour olive oil in. Add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Put the prawns into the wok, stir fry a few minutes. Put asparagus, snap peas and shiitake. Add water, seasoning with soy sauce, oysters sauce and pepper. Then stir fry until cook.
