Ingredients

30mins
  • 1 bowlrajegro flour
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspooncrushed ginger
  • 1 teaspooncrushed chilli
  • Chopped coriander
  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 1 teaspoonghee
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and mash them up then add ginger and chilli with the salt and chopped coriander.

  2. 2

    Mix in the flour slowly so it blends in then add 1 teaspoon of ghee and leave aside for 15mins.

  3. 3

    Then fry the puris in hot oil one by one. Taste yummy with yoghurt or a cup of tea ☕️
