1 kgfull fat milk
1big size carrot,
3 table spoon Bambino
4-5 inchpiece bottle gourd
2 table spoonghee,
4 table spoon sugar
as required Pista,almond & fig for garnish

First we boil milk,till reduce half. If we have malai then also add in milk for more creamy texture.

Now grate carrot & bottle gourd separately. First we saute carrot in a pan,add ghee & sugar. Transfer it & now saute bottle gourd add ghee & sugar.

Also transfer it,at last boil Bambino in some water till cooked. Now extra water remove & add boiled thick milk.

We should divide milk into three equal measurement. Boil it some time till milk proper mix into Bambino.

Do same processure with carrot & bottle gourd. Transfer into bowls & keep in freezer for proper set.

After half an hour take out it & garnish with fine grate pista & some almonds. I take a piece of fig & fill it's whole with black cardamom seeds for white bowl.
