This cake is prepared for my special day tomorrow (30.1.2022) so I have tried something healthy cake prepared by the materials wheat atta and ragi atta and jaggery for sweet, and beetroot for colour.

This cake is prepared for my special day tomorrow (30.1.2022) so I have tried something healthy cake prepared by the materials wheat atta and ragi atta and jaggery for sweet, and beetroot for colour.

First take wheat atta and mix with ragi atta add baking soda, cooking soda, salt mix it nicely keep the wet materials separately.

Then take jaggery powder, palm sugar mix and beat with a egg beater adding melted butter and oil rotate in a circular movement adding your eggs one by one then beat continue your action. You will get good consistency after sometime... Then grade beetroot and and gride in, a mixie take a juice from the pulp keep it aside.

Next step heat your micro oven heat 900c for 3minutes.then take your cake tray and cut your butter paper place it in a cake tray applying and, grease some butter and spread some wheat powder upside down, then prepare your cake materials. First take your materials and mix your jaggery, palm sugar,butter, egg mixture pour these materials slowly into your dry materials do one side rotation with cake spatula or use egg beater then add your beetroot surup, vanilla essence,..

Everything set leave your batter you will get ribbon effect consistency then you will be very sure your cake will be in a good texture..

Then open your micro oven and place the cake tray. Let them cook for 13to14minutes high 900c..after that switch off the gas and leave it for 20minutes.then, check with your fork, when, you are checking, the baked cake the, materials not sticking consistency your cake is perfectly baked. And ready for decoration.

Next step take cake decoration plate cut your beetroot velvet cake in between two to three equal layers. And, upper side of the shape it cut it and collect the cake materials pour it in your mixie grinder give medium speed one second. Then collect your materials. Keep it away.

Take a vessel pour some water heat and add your sugar and make sugar syrup. Keep it aside.

Then, take a cut, beetroot baked cut slices place it in, a cake tray and spray or with the help of brush spray your sugar syrup. Then add and spread your ready to use whipped cream by using, in all corners, centres, sides spread equally it should in a uniform way. Then add your second layer and repeat the same. Then, finally, in all the sides also you have fill your whipped cream and then with the help of your hand fill the cake materials powdered in the, mixie apply and upper side decorate it

Then finally add your cherries, choco slice, and complete and at least set in a freezer for 3hours then enjoy your cake..
