Potato and Beef minced pie: (different style)
Steps

Take a big bowl add all minced ingredients mix well cover and set aside.
Peel and wash potatoes well Then cut into thin round slices.
Transfer potatoes into a bowl of cold water. Stir potato around in the water to loosen the starch off the potato and drain off the starchy water. - 2
Refill the bowl with more cold water and repeat stirring and draining the water off the potatoes. Drain as much water off of the potatoes as you can, drying them with paper towels or a clean dish towel if possible. Transfer all potato sliceses in bowl add salt & oil mix well and set aside.

Preheat your oven to 180°C /200°C.

Take a large oven prof dish or casserole dish grease with good amount of some oil then arrange potato layer then second is minced layer top again with potato layer and bake in pre heated oven for 30 minutes or till light brown on the top.

Remove from the oven then Sprinkle the grated cheese and arrange on tomato slice on top. Return the dish to the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted. Remove from the oven and leave to stand for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with gravy & salad or without. Enjoy !!
