First cut the cauliflower keeping a few large flowers. Now boil water in a pan and add cauliflower and salt.

Now cover the lid and boil the cauliflower for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat of gas. Immediately drain the hot water and cool the cauliflower. Now add all purpose flour in this cauliflower and coat it.

Now let's make better for the cauliflower. In a bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder and water, mix well and make a thin slurry.

Now add cauliflower in this prepared batter and lightly coat it.

Now heat oil in a pan, add coated cauliflower and fry for first time on medium heat flame. And Remove to a plate.

Now again add the cauliflower in the same hot oil and fry golden on high flame of gas.

Now we will make gravy. For this, heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, green onion, dry onion, finely chopped capsicum and cook on high flame.

Now add finely chopped green chillies, green coriander leaves, sugar, soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, salt and white pepper powder and cook for 1 minute on high flame.

Now add water and bring to a boil. (If you want to make gravy manchurian, add a little more water) Now add corn flour and water and make a paste. Add to the mixture of this paste and cook till the sauce thickens.

Now add green part of green onion and mix well and cook for 1 minute.

Now our Gobi Manchurian Dry is ready to serve. Add the spring onion leaves to the Manchurian, garnish and serve hot.
