Broccoli Potato stir fry is an excellent side dish which goes very well with roti /paratha and can be a starter also.

Steps

Cut broccoli florets, thinly slice potato, marinade potato slices with salt for 10 - 12 minutes.

Par boil broccoli florets and drain water.

In moderately heated pan, add oil, add onion seeds and allow to sizzle, then add potato slices + green chilli and sauté for 2 minutes, then add broccoli florets + turmeric + salt and stir fry.

Stir fry under medium flame for 5-6 minutes under cover (stir in between) till broccoli turns fragrant.

Fry for 2-3 minutes more and its ready to serve.

Serve with roti / paratha and enjoy.
