Chorizo and Oaxaca Cheese Torta

Slice the rolls and squeeze a few drops of lime juice on both the top and bottom halves.

Slice the tomatoes, avocados, and onion.

Layer the tomato and onion slices on the bottom half of each roll. Add the chorizo and Oaxaca cheese on top, then finish with avocado slices.

Close the sandwich and heat in the oven or a skillet briefly, just until the cheese melts.
