Wash the rice with hot water and salt. Strain and set aside

Heat a non-stick pot and melt your margarine of choice.

Once melted, Add the cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom pod and fry for 2mins to release its flavors.

Now pour the rice in the pot and stir. Fry for 5-7mins. Now add the soy sauce, ginger n garlic paste, attarubu, spices, seasoning and then pour in boiled water.

Cover with foil paper and allow to steam until done.

In a separate pan, heat a little butter and stir fry all your chopped veggies for 3-4mins.

Check to see if the rice is done and adjust taste. Once done, mix in the stir fried veggies and cover.

Steam again for 2mins. Your Aromatic brown veggie rice is ready to be served.. Enjoy
