Knead the soft dough with wheat flour, salt and water as required. Apply some oil on it & cover the dough & keep it aside for 15 mins.

For stuffing, take mashed potatoes and add all the spices & mix everything well.

Now from the dough, make even size portions. Roll out one paratha from it and put stuffing into it and again roll the paratha.

Saute the parantha from both the sides using oil / ghee/ butter. Serve the aloo Parantha with some butter on it and with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
