In a large mixing bowl, add curd, oil and powdered sugar and mix it well using whisker.

Put a strainer on the bowl, add maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and strain it. Add diluted coffee and Mix everything well into one direction.

Now grease a heart shape cake tin with butter. Meanwhile Pre heat the kadhai and put one rack stand into it.

Pour the cake batter into the tin and tap it twice. Put this tin into kadhai and cover the kadhai and let it bake for 35 to 40 minutes on low flame.

Check it by inserting toothpic or a knife. Once its done, flame off and take the tin out and let it be cool completely.

Once its cool completely then only cut it into three equal layers.

Beat the whipped cream until it gets a peak. Now apply the whipped cream on each three layers and crumb coat the cake.

Now take some whipped cream and add cocoa powder and mix it and insert in the piping bag having put the nozzle required for basket design.

In another piping bag, add star nozzle and add pink colour whipped cream and make roses out of it. In another piping bag add a nozzle or just give it a slit for leaf shape design.

Sprinkle edible golden balls over it and the flower bouquet chocolate cake is ready.
