Cream cheese/cheese slices as required
Processed pepper/ chilli Paste as required
1egg
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 tspblack pepper
3 tbspmilk
Butter (as required)
Cream for garnishing

Apply cream cheese and chilli paste on bread slice,put another slice on it,and cut in to 3 piece..

Add salt & pepper and milk in egg and beat well

Dip the bread piece in egg mixture nicely..

Add butter in hot frypan/tawa then add bread piece fry them from all side nicely.
