500grm, puff pastry dough
Puff pastry dough

as neededChicken tikka,
Baked Chicken tikka with roghni Naan
as neededPizza cheese,

Roll out the puff pastry dough than cut circles. Shown as in picture. (1/4 inches, thickness)

Transfer in baking dish and prike with fork.

Apply water and set 2nd circle than apply egg and bake for 40 to 45 minutes on 180c.

Put out from oven add chicken and cheese, sprinkle some chili flakes on top and bake again for 5 to 6 minutes.
