Sooji/Rava Toast

Semolina (sooji / rava) toast is a super quick, healthy and delicious recipe. It looks like bread pizza. (Use the choice of your veggies to make it colorful or use different colors of bell pepper to make it eye-catching)

Cooking Instructions

Chop and wash the veggies properly (Carrot, capsicum, onion)
[Note: You can also add veggies of your choice except tomatoes] - 2
Take Malai/ Cream... Add into the mixing bowl and mix it nicely

Now add the washed veggies. Mix well all

Add blackpepper powder

Add sooji/ Rava/ Semolina + Salt.... Mix well all

Cover the mixture and keep this mixture into the freezer (for 1 hour or 4-5 hour)

Now heat the pan..... Take a bread slice and coat with a sooji batter on one side. Transfer the bread to the pan/ tawa by placing the semolina mixture on downwards.... (Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes or until semolina gets cooked or bottom gets nice golden)

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
