230 gchicken drums, chopped
1 handfulbasil leaves
3 chilies
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsps oysters sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar

Steps

Pound chilies and garlic. Set aside.

Preheat the wok. Add olive oil, put the pounded. Stir fry until fragrant. Add chicken, seasoning with soy sauce, oysters sauce and sugar. Stir fry until cook. Add basil continue to stir fry until cook.

Ladle onto a plate. Ready to serve with hot steam rice.
