QUICK, SHRIMP & MUSHROOM SALAD

This meal is just something I I came up.
Wash onion, celery, and mushrooms. I use frozen shrimp which is quick to use. - 2
Cut shrimps in half. After you dice everything thing else, set aside and heat oil and butter in shallow pan, (I use medium heat.

Once oil and butter heats up, add tsp.. of minced garlic. When you smell the garlic cooking add shrimp and mushrooms along with rest of the ingredients.

Now is the fun part. Add the whole pan of shrimp & mushroom over a bed of lettuce. Serve with rolls and fresh parmesan cheese.
