Was expecting the mixture to be more green but think I didn’t add enough Shiso leaves. Still it was very yummy!! I added miso for a cheesy flavour and it turn out great!! Perfect for those who are lactose intolerant.

  • 1 cuppacked Shiso leaves
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 tbspshiro miso
  • 2 tbspalmond flour
  • 1 tbspbrown rice vinegar
  • 3 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • 2-3 tbspwater (depending)

    Add all ingredients except water in a blender. Use water to thin the mixture to your desired texture.
