In a pressure cooker add whole spices saute few seconds,add chopped onion saute until they turn golden brown. Then add green Chana,ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped tomatoes,green chillies red Chilli powder and salt.

Cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes when oil release add 1 cup water and cover the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistle.
Meanwhile take soaked rice in a wok add 4 cups water add salt,1 inch cinnamon, green chillies, bay leaf and fennel seeds. Add 1 tsp oil and bring it to boil.cook the rice 80% and drain the water. Keep it aside. - 3
Now open the cooker. Add curd and biryani masala and mix well cook for a minute. Take a wok in which biryani had cooked. Add half quantity of cooked green Chana then add half rice and spread evenly to make a layer.repeat the same process again.

Now add orange food colour and kewra water.cover and cook on simmer for 5-6 minutes. Switch off the flame.leave it for 5-6 minutes on standing time.then open and mix gently.serve with salad and curd.
