Place flour,white pepper and salt in a plate.Then mix it well.

Then slice tofu into rectangle,then pat it dry using kitchen tissue.

Then roll in flour mixture.Until tofu are well covered.

Heat pan then pour cioking oil.Fry tofu until done.
