Pour the soaked beans in a blender and add 3/4 cups of water

Blend to a smooth paste and pour in a pot

Add 2 tables spoons of corn flour

Add the pepper

Stir to mix well

Add the garri and mix well

Place on fire to form a strong but moldable mass

Place on a baking sheet or parchment paper and mold together

Roll to a very very thin sheet (make sure it is very thin as this is what contributes to the crispiness

Use a cutter and cut to pieces

If after cutting you realize it’s still thick, roll again to achieve the very thin pieces

Deep fry this on medium heat until golden brown

And drain off oil in a sieve lined with kitchen roll
