1/2 cups/ 125 gms Full fat cream
2 tbsp/30 gms unsalted Butter room temperature
For coating
Cocoa powder

Cut chocolate into very small pieces. Don't use chocolate chips.

Put cream, butter and chocolate in a bowl and microwave or on double boiler to melt. Take out and mix.Or another way is heat cream than pour over chocolate and butter in a bowl and cover n let sit for 1/2hr than stir. Till chocolate is all melted.

Now keep it in fridge for 1_2 hrs till its ready n firm to make balls /truffles.

With the help of ice cream spoon take out /scoop them out on plate, than make their round shape with hands. In bowls put cocoa powder and sprinkles, Dip each ball in them and keep aside. They are ready. aren't they easy to make and look so good, Can use crushed nuts etc as you like. Can be made and stored.
