1 tbsppurifier butter
Dry flour (for sprinkle)
Purified Butter (as required)

First make a Doug ball in medium size and rollout in round shape,

Now add some ghee on it then sprinkle some dry flour and spread with hand to mixing both,

Now flip it up and down and make peda,keep in fridge for few minutes then roll it,

Cook in purified butter and enjoy 😊
