Quinoa Salad with Fruit and Nuts

Wash the quinoa with running water to get rid of the bitterness. Take water and quinoa in a pot, cover and cook for 15 minutes, on low flame. Allow to cool the quinoa.

Mix chopped fruits and nuts. Garnish with seasonings and maple syrup. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
