Ingredients

30 mins
2 persons
  1. 1 Bowl(6-7 florets). Cauliflower florets
  2. 1 tbsp.Curd
  3. 1 tbsp.Ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tsp.Coriander powder
  5. 1/2 tsp.Cumin powder
  6. 1 inch stick.Cinnamon
  7. 2-3 nos.Cloves
  8. 2-3 no’s.Cardamom
  9. 1/2 cup. Cashew paste
  10. 1 tsp.Garam masala powder
  11. 2 tbsp. Fresh cream
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2 tbsp.Oil.
  14. 1/2 cup. Milk

Cooking Instructions

30 mins

    1. Cut and Wash cauliflower florets.

  2. 2

    2. Take a bowl and add curd, ginger garlic paste, cashew paste, coriander powder,cumin powder, and salt to make a fine paste.

    3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry cauliflower florets in medium flame and keep aside.

    4. In the same oil add whole spices ( 1 inch cinnamon,2 cardamom,2 cloves & prepared curd paste and cook it till oil leaves from the side.

    5. After that add milk to it and cook it for some time.

    Once the gravy thickens, add Cauliflower. Toss them properly to coat them well.

    After that add garam masala powder and cook in a low flame till the milk is absorbed and cauliflower are cooked.

    Finally pour some fresh cream and mix well. Garnish it with cashews, mint leaves, and green chilli.
