Broccoli is a superfood vegetable. It contains vitamin k, B, anti-ageing and antioxidants properties, fibre, essential fats and many more micro nutrients. I have made this beyond easy broccoli and carrot salad taking inspiration from fellow author Dory. Thank you so much for your lovely recipe. I have recreated it with some of my own twist.
