Peel your yam

Cutt it into slices
Wash it and add some salt put it in a pot and per boil it

Grind your peppers, onions and add your Maggi seasoning together

Break your eggs and put your already pepper together and beat

If your yam is boiled put it down

Pour your oil in a prying fan

Put the yam in your egg and fry it

Be doing it until you are done
