Candied orange peel

It's Cook pad birthday month n I thought to make something new n unique .so I tried candied orange peel.and the results are really good. The best thing is ,it is no doubt tasty but it is healthy too.as we know oranges are big source of vitamin c.n last but not the least it is very economical too.you can make it without orange juice n use simple water.but juice will give it rich n delicious taste.we can easily store it in a jar for long time. After making it my family members give it different names...my mom said I are making "murraba" my nephew said woww it's " jelly".my brother said this same like we used to buy in imported packaging real fruits
