Ingredients

  • 1 cupvermicelli
  • as neededWater
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoonGaram masala
  • 1/2 spoonTurmeric powder
  • 2 spoonsChaat masala
  • handfulPeas
  • 1chopped potato
  • 2 spoonsOil
  • 1 spooncumin

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast the vermicelli.

  2. 2

    Take a pressure cooker and put oil. Pop some jeera and add onions.

  3. 3

    After the onions turn pink, add spices.

  4. 4

    Now add water, potato and peas.

  5. 5

    When it starts to boil, add vermicelli and cook.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with curd
