  • 1/2 kgChickpeas
  • 1 tbspBaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chickpeas with soda overnight.

    Next day,wash the chickpeas.

    Boil in fresh water till tender and water dries up.

    Leave to cool completely.

    Put in air tight container.

    Freeze them.Defrost or thaw 1 hour before use.
