Steak and chestnut champignon sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1marinated steak
  2. 200 grchestnut champignons
  3. 1small onion
  4. 1grated clove garlic
  5. 50 mlcream
  6. Salt,pepper
  7. Knobbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the onion into half rings, cut the champignons into smaller pieces

  2. 2

    Bake steak with onions

  3. 3

    Remove steak from pan and keep warm.

  4. 4

    Bake the champignons with the garlic in the same pan

  5. 5

    When browned add the cream.
    Season well.

  6. 6

    Serve with couscous or baked potatoes.
