250 garbi(colocasia)
1raw banana/2 potatoes boiled
1 inch ginger
2-3green chillies chopped
1/2 cuproasted peanut meal
as required Roasted cumin powder
as per taste Rock salt
3-4 tbspwater chestnut flour

Mix and mash all the above ingredients in a bowl.
(Make sure there is no water added from the boiled items)

Take enough flour for dusting(as it will be sticky) and make rolls or patties out of the dough shaping it gently in your palm.

Shallow fry in a broad pan and relish with fresh mint chutney and a sip of hot tea.
