Ingredients

  • 1 kgblack chickpeas
  • Halftsp baking soda
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak overnight in water having baking soda

    Next morning discard this water and rinse thoroughly add water again n add salt

    Boil on medium flame until soft

    Take out in a stainer and rinse again. let it cool

    Store in zip lock bags and freeze them
