Yam and egg with cabbage source

Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Salt
  3. Sugar
  4. Egg
  5. Onion
  6. Seasoning
  7. Spices
  8. Cabbage
  9. Red bell pepper
  10. Vegetable oil
  11. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and peel the yam and slice it in desired shape

  2. 2

    Wash the yam and put in a pot, add in sugar and salt and turn on the fire

  3. 3

    As the yam is boilling check the softness of the yam, do not over cook it, strain the yam as its done

  4. 4

    Break the eggs in a bowl and add onions, seasoning and spices, whisk the eggs well

  5. 5

    Put frying pan on the fire and pour in oil and allow it to heat

  6. 6

    Dip the yam in the egg, put it in to the frying pan and fry until it turns to golden

  7. 7

    Drained the yam from the oil and kept aside

  8. 8

    For the cabbage source, being a pan on the fire pour in oil and cuts onions fry for few seconds and add in grated pepper

  9. 9

    Add seasoning and spices and little amount of water, cover the pot and allow it to boil

  10. 10

    Add the cuts cabbage and cover the pot, cook for at least three minutes

  11. 11

    Serve the food and enjoy it
