These special Anda Samosas are baked to perfection by me this Ramadan. Anda Samosas are so very unique to Hyderabad City. Especially in Ramadan, the street side Restaurants and Eateries are abuzz with people selling these delicious Samosas. These Egg or Anda Samosas are made with Switz Samosa wrappers that are store-bought by me. Boiled Eggs with just a couple of ingredients are all that it takes to make these lovely-looking Samosas. They are crisp and delicious too. Kids will absolutely love these for any time. And perfect for Iftaar meals too. They not only taste perfect but also make for a yummy Iftaar treat. The best thing about them is that they can be made very easily and quickly too. Without much effort in the kitchen in this scorching summer heat, I preferred baking them this time. Switz Samosa Leaves are especially a boon for me in Ramadan and Iftaar preparations. Let's get started with the recipe.

Super healthy and perfect accompaniment for Iftaar meals. Happy Iftaar Time!

Enjoy Frying with Zeen!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
