Steps
- 1
Take a vessel, add sugar, and 1 /2 cups of water. Switch on the flame.
- 2
Cook until sugar dissolves in it. Now add 1/4 cup of water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the mixture becomes sticky. We don't have to make a syrup of one string.
- 3
Switch off the flame. Add black salt and let the syrup cool.
- 4
Add the extracted lemon juice to the cooled sugar syrup and mix well.
- 5
Lemonade syrup is ready to be used. Store it in any container and in the refrigerator to consume for 2 to 3 months.
- 6
For Serving, in a serving glass, put 2 tbsp lemon syrup, some Water, and Ice - Cubes in it. Mix well & serve it.
- 7
Note:-I have added 1/4 cup of water to the sugar later, it does not solidify the sugar.
