1/2small onion sliced
1green chilli

In a bowl break an egg, add salt n red chilli powder.mix well and keep aside

In a fry pan add 1 tbsp oil,onion and mushrooms.fry until it starts to turns brown.

Pour egg batter in a heating pan, add onion, mushrooms, green chilli and cheese.let it cover and cook on low flame for about 5-6 mins.

Now cover it from sides.turn and cook from the other side until required colour

Toast 2 bread slices in butter and make a sandwich.enjoy
