With just a few ingredients, this special Sharbat from Old Delhi is an excellent thirst quencher. And is a rage among people in Summers.
With loads of Ice in it, this makes for a perfect Coolant in Summers. This street side Jama Masjid Old Delhi style Cooler is an instant hit among many. You will love it for it's vibrant colours and taste. An incredible drink that's enjoyed by all and in Ramadan, what better than this one for Iftaar. It's not only healthy but also makes you feel full and hydrated.
It can be easily made at home on any day. Kids will love it too. Basically it's a delicious family drink that can be made and enjoyed in Summers and exclusively in Ramadan for Iftaar as well. It's an excellent thirst quencher with Watermelon, Milk, Roohafza, Sugar and loads of Ice.
Though street vendors use Sugar syrup, you can use plain Sugar and add to the Milk while boiling.
Happy Sipping!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
