Smoked on the Traeger with cherry pellets. Set smoker to 225. Internal temp 145, 165 if you want it a little more well done.

Ingredients

12 to 14 hours
  1. 1pork tenderloin
  2. 2 packagesthin cut bacon
  3. 1 boxcream cheese, 2 packages
  4. 5jalapeños
  5. Traeger pork seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slowly cut one side of the pork tenderloin, until you get to about 1/4 inch. Then start filleting it at the 1/4 inch thick. Roll out the tenderloin as you go.

    Add traeger pork seasoning, or whatever seasoning you want

    Add cream cheese, spread all over

  4. 4

    Add jalapeños(diced up)

  5. 5

    Roll up the tenderloin

  6. 6

    Wrap in bacon, one package from bottom and one package from top

  7. 7

    Put on smoker

  8. 8

    Add bbq sauce of your choice when it get to 130 degrees
