As they say "Full of natural goodness" nutritious and tasty fish fingers baked in the oven and served on a bed of red and white quinoa and stir fried mixed pepper.

Cut the fish lengthwise into approximately 3 cm wide, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both side. Prepare 2 shallow dish sprinkle flour in one, beaten egg in second and breadcrumbs in the third dish.

Mix smoked paprika in flour, and mix thyme, lemon zest, garlic grated cheese in breadcrumbs. Turn each pieces of fish in flour, dip into egg, then breadcrumbs until evenly coated.

Place them on a lined oiled baking tray, spray fish with olive oil and bake in pre-heated oven on 200c (400F) for 15 minutes or until golden.
