Ingredients

  • 2 packetsinstant noodles
  • Halfkg alu
  • 3tblspn corn flour
  • 1egg
  • 2 packetnoodles masala
  • 1/2tspn salt
  • 1/2tspn black pepper
  • 1/2tspn crushed red chilli flakes
  • 1tspn soya sauce
  • Oil for frying

    Boil the noodles or strain in strainer.

    Boil and mashed the alu.

    Mix alu, noodles, add corn flour noodle masala and all Spices.

    Add 1 egg and mix well. Add some coriander and mint leaves.

    Heat oil and fry noodles pakora one by one. Tasty and yummy noodles pakoray is ready.
