Peel and cut onions 🌰 from the centre in zig zag style. slowly and gently open onion and you get onion basket..
arrange 2 onion flower basket together like criss-cross

In a mixing bowl...add all veggies, add salt, squeeze lemon, add mint leaves, mix really well. add salt and Paper. mix and serve in onion basket.
